A 5000 sq. meters Luxurious Private Villa located in Riyadh for a Special Private Client. Work includes Private Suites, Reception Areas, Dining Hall, Private Studio, Diwaniya, Show Kitchen, Custom Fireplace and Mashrabiyas.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with Design, MEP, FF&E, and Construction teams to meet project requirements
• Created detailed technical drawings for joinery work to fulfil project criteria
• Developed comprehensive schedules for drawing, production, and doors
• Submitted and tracked shop drawings from design to as-built stage
