- Develop and implement operational plans and strategies in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including airlines, ground handling companies, and regulatory agencies, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of operational activities.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance of Employees & processes.

- Regularly monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas of improvement, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.

- Analyze historical and projected data on passenger traffic and other operational parameters to determine the terminals capacity and resource requirements (Manpower Planning).

- Develop capacity plans to ensure smooth operations during peak periods and future growth.

- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures to handle unforeseen events or crises.

- Building a forecast for 27 terminals at various levels, from yearly down to hourly. ( +95% Accuracy).

- Lead and support strategic projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

- Define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Lead monthly S&OP process for assigned products including maintaining baseline / statistical forecasts, collecting sales, trade marketing and company marketing.
• Develop demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends.
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
• Manage Retail Demand & Supply planning based on Sales and Stock ( +240 Retail Stores).
• Ensure that all Regions, Cities and Retail stores are achieving the sales target by implementing the best suitable plans for each region.

• Prepare operations budgetary requirements (Capex, Opex).
• Develop the strategic planning process to ensure 's strategy is defined and measured.
• Developing plans for new facilities such as retail stores or restaurants based on client requirements.
• Reviewing project plans and proposals to ensure they meet industry standards and requirements.
• Monitoring budgets, schedules, and other key performance indicators to ensure that projects are progressing as planned.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that each meets its goals within budget and on time.
• Participating on the forecasting and resources planning.
