Microwave design project management for complex and large-scale projects. Responsible for successfully delivering the project scope from inception to final implementation, including quality, time, cost, and technical alignment with client requirements.

  • Managing microwave design activities to provide End-to-end transport connectivity.
  • Providing technical solutions and preparing LLD and HLD documents for Microwave scope of new projects, more than 30 projects done.
  • Providing microwave solutions for new technologies introduced to networks such as 3G,4G and 5G mobile technologies, MW designs were issued for more than 5000 5G sites.
  • Tendering process, preparing the RFP documents, BoQ dimensioning, solution evaluation, and price negotiations with vendors; tendering done for +30 Microwave projects.
  • Managing and controlling MW frequency license requests to meet the regulator's rules, the yearly exercise counts of 9000 MW links.
  • Managing MW transport network performance by solving the TTs reported by performance and operation,

  • Managing MW SOWs creation with alignment to the project rollout plan.
