• Supervise and train maintenance technicians. Develops and manages preventive maintenance programs (PPM), including new Preventive maintenance procedures, work order and work permit. (Air-Cooled Chillers, AHU, FAHU, FCU, VAV, PACU, concealed units, Cassette A/C, Ducts and Duct heaters, split units, Window A/C).
• Supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (AC Technicians, HVAC technicians, plumbers)
• PPM of HVAC equipment like Chilled Water Pump, Fire Pumps, Chillers, AHU, FAHU, FCU (with all Valves and Accessories).
• Ensuring that all work orders are closed within specified time.
