Job Responsibilities:

• Managing measurement and agreeing on 100% quantities from the contractor.
• Verifying interim valuations and preparing payment certificates.
• Prepare BOQ based on the standard method of measurement.
• Prepare monthly project cost reports including Interim quantity report, resource report, financial report, cost incurred/balance, etc.
• Updating the project budget during the various design and construction stages.
• Preparing and agreeing on unit rate costs with the contractor for all MEP Systems.
• Issuing Engineer’s Instructions to Contractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors; take initiative to implement the best practice.
• Adhere to deadlines, and timelines and deliver all output related to work in an accurate and timely manner.
• Reporting to Associate Director on all commercial issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quantification and costing of Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) Work.
• Preparation of Monthly Interim Payment Application and its Certification from Cost Consultants.
• Preparation of Variation claims, evaluation with Cost Consultants, and Finalization of Variation Orders.
• Create and update a Log of Variations.
• Day to day management of the receipt, review, and drafting of all Project correspondence regarding contractual and commercial, claim matters.
