Selection of Lubricants : The selection and performance specifications of all lubricants for each machine, assisted the lubrication engineer.

Establishes grease vs.oil guidlines.

Ensure lubricants are optimally selacted with respected with respect to wear control, energy convervation , safety, quality and environmental factor.

Ensure that lubricants are compatible with the machine , process fluids and work environment.

Develops lubrication related specification for new machinery, including:

• Identification of all lubrication point lubricant types procedure and frequency of re-lubrication .
• Installation of sampling port and procedure.
• set up of oil analysis testing requirements by machine.
• Breather and vent selection.
• Filtration equipment selection .
• Level gauges and sight glasses selection .
• Training of lubrication technicians on paper PMs and inspections.
• Conducted safety checks for leaks to repair damage on under carriage of equipments.

Lubrication procedure :

• Digital Grease caddy machine use for rotating equipment greasing .
• Oil drain interval and criteria .
• Pump or rotating equipments oil replacement.
• Filter changes and use filter inspection.
• Grease gun operation (including how much and how often)

Oil Analysis Coordination:

• Selects oil analysis laboratory .
• selects oil analysis software and report format.
• selects routine oil analysis test slate for each above 20 liters machine.
• Performs / coordinates laboratory quality assurance tests.
• Responsible for environmental conservation practices including best practice in waste oil and grease and used filter disposal .
• Participates in outage/shutdown planning and work order scheduling activities.

Work experience in Mechanical Rotary and statics equipments maintenance

• Centrifugal pump single and multistage.
• Maintenance of Monitoring -temperature , vibration , Leakage abnormal sound etc.
• Fin fan of Preventive maintenance and motor corrective alignment.
• Maintenance of all types of Valves installation , remove .
• Maintenance of testing of heat exchanger.
• Shell and tube fixing , floating and U types and plate types exchangers.
