Responsibilities & tasks:

  • Responsible for the overall building & facilities maintenance (operation, reliability, performance, etc….) either hard services or soft services.
  • Perform facility inspections & technical reports on condition affecting operations.
  • Team leader of maintenance & installation team for many manufacturing cables factories.
  • Knowledge of maintain and operate chillers, AHUs, air compressors, pumps, N2 generator units & elevators.
