- Follow up and report the status of IFC drawings as per the agreed project schedule.
- Follow up the design schedule with SDC in weekly meetings.

- Monitor and report the long lead items tracking (submittal - ordering - delivery).
- Check the compliance of long-lead items delivery dates with the construction schedule baseline for each contractor.

- Managing subcontractor's and supplier's payments according to the approved plan with M.O.F.
- Preparing the Vendor due payment according to project priority and approvals from M.O.F.
- Review all the batches, payment requests, contracts that submitted by the different projects prober submitting to the M.O.F
