As I desired working in a field I have great passion and interest in, I began my career in the health sector. Beginning in one of the busiest and uncertain times the practice had seen, I quickly learnt new software whilst accommodating to our patient’s needs

  • Coordinating patient scheduling via Best Practice Software
  • Managing high call volumes and directing calls appropriately
  • Triaging patients urgent medical needs with both efficiency and empathy
  • Liaising with doctors, nurses, and medical professionals face to face and via emails
