• Assisted in developing project schedules using MS Excel, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
• Implemented cost-saving measures, resulting in optimized resource allocation.
• Supported resource planning for manpower and materials in alignment with project timelines.

• Scope- Service Consist of the Construction Project- 330/225/90/33KV Substation allowing the interconnection of 330KV lines Connecting Nigeria, Niger, Benin, Togo & Burkina Faso. Substation consist- 7 no’s of transformer & 2 no’s of Reactor.

• Develop detailed Project schedule using software like- MS Excel & MS Project.
• Ensure resource, manpower and material Planning aligns with the schedule.
• Set realistic timelines, milestones and deadlines for Completion of project with continuous follow-up with execution team.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly progress reports vs. baseline schedule.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress report along with S-Curve and dashboards of Design & Studies, Supply, Construction.
• Co-ordinate between clients, consultant, contractors and Site teams.
• Attend meetings and preparation of Minutes and provide updates on planning and progress as well acknowledge hurdles and delay associated with project and maintain “Hindrance register”.
• Follow up with Client/Consultant for approvals of documents and drawings & Submission of As-Built documents.
• Maintain Project baseline, look ahead schedules and delay logs as well additional cost incurred on the site level and prepare documents for Extra claim and submit to Client/Consultant.
• Update schedule with approved changes or variations.
• Maintain proper documentation for claims and extension of time (EOT)
• Coordinate with engineers for technical inputs required for scheduling, review drawings and BOQ to ensure alignment with schedule.
• Coordinate with Design & Procurement team, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site team to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Scope- Construction of 400 KV Single Circuit Line from Vilanculos to Chibuto (Lot5- 777 Towers) & Chibuto- Maputo-Matalane (Lot6- 512 Towers)

Client: Sociacade Nacional de Transporte de Energia (SNTE)

Consultant: Intec Gopa, Germany

• Organizing, scheduling and planning for the Execution of Site work like Foundations (With +5M Raised Chimneys), Erection & Stringing of ACSR Conductor, Earth wire (EW) & OPGW.
• Analyze the project and specify the basic approach to be used for efficient Planning.
• Work inspection to give ensures quality of work as per specification & safety guidelines.
• Interaction with execution Contractors for the RA-Billings for any Individual works related Transmission Line Construction.
• Project-Budgeting & Costing, Coordination with Procurement Team, Planning, Client Dealing, Document Controlling, Daily, Monthly & Weekly Reports Submission.
• Client-Relationship, Management Reporting, Client Invoicing, DPR/MPR/Documents Controlling.
• Preparing the Method of Statements, SWP-SOPs for Various types of work activities.
• Worked on PQP (Project Quality Plan) as per the Europeans and Americans codes & standards as well as per Client/Consultant requirements & responsible to maintain the quality documents on Daily/Weekly or Monthly basis and Final handing over to Client.
• Proper Co-ordination with procurement team to complete the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) Successfully before Deadlines and as well submission of FAT Report on portal for approval.
• Successfully Completed the Foundations & Erection of 42 locations (Limpopo Valley) in Great difficulties with bad Condition of soil & Swampy areas (Flood affected) with use of +5M Raised Chimneys Foundations.
• Independently completed the 3 Raised Chimney Foundations & 63 Tower erections in 1 month by using one team and lodge a record (Record- 8 Towers in a day).
• Follow up with Client/Consultant for approvals of documents and drawings & Submission of As-Built documents.

Scope- Construction of 25KV Overhead Electrification from Hubli to Tainaighat- 256 RKM

Client: South Western Railway (SWR), India

Consultant: SMEC, Australia

• Organizing, scheduling and planning for the Execution of Site works like Foundations, Erection of
• Analyze the project and specify the basic approach to be used.
• Responsible for Foundations, Erection, Trolley Checking, Tower Car Checking, Dropping, Clipping & Earthing of the OHE & Substation.
• Responsible for the Erection of Hardware Fittings Such as Insulated Section, Non –Insulated Sections, Crossings, Sectioning & Sub- sectioning Points.
• Responsible for Invoicing of Vendors, Sub-Contractors & Client.
• Responsible to submit the letters to client & fulfill the employer’s requirements.
• Responsible to maintain the documentation for Execution of railway project as well Quality documents & submitted to client during final Submission.
• Successfully complete the project & handing over to Client. (Milestone for completion of Electrification of World’s Longest Railway station platform with 1,507 Meters at (Hubli- Karnataka).
