Over the past 3 years, I have gained hands-on experience in planning and organizing exhibitions and conferences. My responsibilities included coordinating logistics, communicating with vendors and clients, managing on-site operations, and ensuring every detail met the event objectives. I worked closely with marketing teams to promote events and increase attendance, and contributed to creative planning through ideas that enhanced the overall experience. This role strengthened my organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and build strong relationships within the industry.
