• Overseeing daily operations of the hospital’s maintenance department
• Monitoring and maintaining all life support equipment to be functioning 24/7.
• Scheduling and monitoring maintenance activities and services in order to ensure all buildings and facilities remain in good condition
• Maintaining and repairing all hospital utilities equipment, machinery, electrical systems, HVAC system, water pump, Boiler, plumbing, and the physical structure of the hospital

• creating and implementing preventive maintenance programs for equipment, machinery, and buildings.
• conduct regular fire drills to routinely assess their fire safety plan, equipment, building features
• preparing all maintenance documents for ISO, JCI and CBAHI audit
• Supervised a team of 25 staff, providing guidance on complex repair tasks and fostering professional development opportunities.

· Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
