- Checks patients in for their appointments.

- Registering new electronic medical record for patient who visits the hospital for the first time.

- Schedules patients for appointments.

- Receiving telephone requests for medical appointments and general inquiries about patient services.

- Scheduling patient appointments and checking patients in for appointments.

- Coordinating with radiologists to schedule appointments and with other staff members to ensure efficient operation of the department.

• Medical Records Department

- Updating patients' electronic health records (EHR)

- Ensuring that clinical documentation of the services provided to patients is correct.

• Nursing Department

- Analyzing Outpatient department data per visits in 2022.

Working on implementation of the new EMR system (Watheeq) and supporting the end users at King Saud Medical City.

- Assist end users and super users in hands-on training.

- Understand the end user's knowledge levels in EMR and computer skills.

- Maintain physical medical records.

- Updating patients electronic health records (EHR).

- Ensuring that clinical documentation of the services provided to patients is correct.
