- Responsible for managing the installation, dismantling and replacement process of equipment and systems on-site.
- Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and contractors to ensure the timely and efficient execution of installation activities.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, Method of statement and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to the installation team.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and third-party subcontractor, for the electrical installation.
- Perform inspections, testing, and commissioning of HV/MV systems to verify their proper functioning and compliance with design specifications.
- To Follow up and ensure the Mechanical work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.
- Accurate Quantity take off for mechanical services as per contract and site requirement.
- To Follow up and ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the Mechanical services and work implemented meets the specification and the client requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, design, and existing local authority standard.
- Responsibility to decide on day-to-day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates including Scheduling of activities, assigning task to groups or individuals, accuracy of work conducted, supplying resources, and dealing with operation issues and problems.
- Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.
- Liaise with local authorities for the approval of Mechanical services drawings and service connection.
- Material coordination and close interaction with consultants for preparation of material submittal for approvals, preparation of working drawings and as built drawings.
