Insightful Human Resources Coordinator assists HR team with staffing, record-keeping, employee benefits and other HR-related duties. Plans and organizes work to achieve goals and targeted results with minimal supervision. Continually develops knowledge and gains subject matter expertise in assigned HR discipline related to work activities and projects assigned.
• Assigned in North Afghanistan - Kabul.
• In charge on site/FOB that has APS-PPI personnel.
• Representative of APS-PPI to Fluor site managers and department supervisor
• Supervising OCN employees on their task and duty daily basis.
• Authorized in hiring and deploying of local nationals as per client request to work on their department.
• Supervised new and old employees of all their duties and responsibilities to their assigned departments.
• Responsible for all communication between APS-PPI Bagram Head office and site management on
Assigned FOB.
• Reports any issue, incident and complaints with regards to my employee’s to APS-PPI main office and
Operations/Country Manpower Manager.
• Processing all necessary valid documents of my personnel needed on the assigned FOB (Badge request,
Security screening, medical presentation etc.
• Ensure all employees timesheet has been signed by respective in-charge from both parties (Fluor and
APS-PPI Personnel) then send it to the main office.
• Monitoring all employee’s documentation such as identification medical and passport expiration
Then process to send the same to the main office for renewal/cancellation.
• Issuing and maintaining supplies generate an inventory of all PPE’s and uniform on site.
• Conducting HSE and QA/QC reports on all departments with APS employees reports any incident that
Occurs in concerning our employees and make necessary corrective actions after any incident
• Counseling employees if there is any problem regarding their work or department traits.
• Issuing payroll twice a week to all employees.
