A highly motivated and accomplished leader with over twenty-three years of teaching experience, including a decade of leadership as an Assistant Headteacher. I bring a wealth of expertise, insight, and professional credentials that enable me to effectively lead school improvement initiatives and drive pupil progress and achievement. My leadership approach is strategic and grounded in integrity, creativity, resilience, and a relentless commitment to excellence. I lead by example and am dedicated to empowering and inspiring the teams I work with. Guided by a strong moral purpose and a clear vision that all learners can succeed, I am passionate about nurturing the academic, personal, and emotional development of every pupil. My goal has always been to equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become lifelong learners who flourish in both school and society. I am a British citizen, currently living and working in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. I am married, and have no children.

As a Year 6 teacher at Booker Hill Primary School, end-of-year 2023 KS2 resultsshowed strong outcomes:

• 77% of pupils achieved Age-Related Expectations (ARE) in Reading, with 33% achieving Greater Depth (GD)
• 83% achieved ARE in Mathematics, with 33% reaching Greater Depth

In 2022, at Cippenham Primary School, 76% of Year 6 pupils met ARE in Reading, Writing, and Maths – 4% above the National Average. Impressively, 46% achieved Greater Depth

At Lilycroft Primary School in 2019, KS2 Numeracy results reflected a consistent three-year upward trend:

• 82% of pupils achieved ARE in Mathematics
• 28% reached Greater Depth
• The percentage of pupils achieving Greater Depth had increased steadily over three years
• Maths progress scores consistently exceeded the National Average:
• +1.0 (2016), +2.7 (2017), +1.9 (2018), and +1.8 (2019)

In 2018, progress for disadvantaged/pupil premium pupils was particularly strong at +2.4, surpassing national benchmarks. Progress for both lower and higher prior attainers in Maths was also above average

KS1 outcomes in 2019 were also notable:

• 68% of pupils met ARE
• Between 2017 and 2019, the combined percentage of pupils meeting ARE in Reading, Writing, and Maths at the end of KS2 remained consistently above the National Average
• Greater Depth achievements in Reading and Maths were 24% (2017) and 21% (2018) — the latter being just 1% below the national figure

During the final year at Lilycroft, the 2019 OFSTED Report highlighted the school’s strong Maths provision:

"The school is ambitious for all its pupils. In Mathematics, the well-planned curriculum ensures that pupils make good progress by the end of key stage 2. Pupils enjoy Mathematics. They like the range of activities and the way they are encouraged to think for themselves and solve problems."

Leadership & Specialist Recognition:

· Appointed as an LLME (Learning Leader in Maths Education) with the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM)

· Recruited as a Specialist Leader in Education (SLE) for Mathematics in December 2018

· Successfully led and trained staff, with all teachers being graded ‘Outstanding’ during a multi-agency school inspection

· Selected to serve as Acting Deputy Headteacher at Lilycroft Primary School for two terms in 2018

· Personally graded as an ‘Outstanding’ leader in external inspections in both 2016 and 2017

· Graded ‘Outstanding’ in the 2022 OFSTED inspection, at Bookerhill Primary School
