I lead by example and am dedicated to empowering and inspiring the teams I work with. Guided by a strong moral purpose and a clear vision that all learners can succeed, I am passionate about nurturing the academic, personal, and emotional development of every pupil. My goal has always been to equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become lifelong learners who flourish in both school and society. · Appointed as an LLME (Learning Leader in Maths Education) with the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM)
· Recruited as a Specialist Leader in Education (SLE) for Mathematics in December 2018
· Successfully led and trained staff, with all teachers being graded ‘Outstanding’ during a multi-agency school inspection
· Selected to serve as Acting Deputy Headteacher at Lilycroft Primary School for two terms in 2018
· Personally graded as an ‘Outstanding’ leader in external inspections in both 2016 and 2017
