Preparing JSA, MOS & HIP as per the ARAMCO requirements & routing for the client approvals

Execute the site activities in line with all standards to be applicable upon the client satisfaction.

Obliviously consider the cost impact, avoid any kind reworks by proactive way of implementation

control the site crew such as labors , supervisors & technicians in nice way.

Follow up for the approvals. Secure the RFI as per the requirement / any major activities.

Follow up with customer for job completion to be secured periodically.

Involving during DGA commissioning & MS3000 SAT by arranging the POD witness

Prepare & submit the progressive invoices.

Roles & responsibilities as a site engineer & lab incharge

Project involved: Medina highway repairing project

Monitor the day to day site activities & coordinating with the customers RTA regards compliances & RFIs

In line with witness & arrange for concrete testing, surface preparation prior to bitumen coating.

Coordinate with DC to be align all documents to be secured.

Attending project staff meetings, share the on time challenges during the execution.

Verifies all information & references (Bench marks,levels,coordinates & plant North) to identify the excavation & earth works.

Involved below laboratory tests:

Asphalt ( BBC- BWC) , Core test, CBR test,Proctor test,Specific gravity of soil & sand & Field density compaction test.

Roles & responsibilities in this firm - Residential buildings:

Supervision & Checking of all civil works such as Excavation, Concrete steel fixing form work, block work, plastering, ceiling, flooring , water proofing etc.

Understand the scope of work & coordinate with different discipline inorder to keep the work progress.

Assign the suitable work force sources according to maintain the design while execution.

Maintain the overall schedule phase to phase with in the graph not lead to lagging on the progress.
