§ Implementation of the general policy set by the General Administration of Oversight and Governance and preparation of files of instructions issued by DIS, decisions, regulations and publications.

§ Passing through the groups and business units to find out the progress of the inspection work and to express opinion and guidance.
§ Issuing corrective decisions and recommendations to correct the precautionary deviations taken from the inspection reality
· Report daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly HSE reports to HSE Manager,
· Establish, implement, and manage a comprehensive Safety & Health and environmental programs.
· Evaluate all operations and workspaces, materials and equipment to identify/eliminate hazardous safety and environmental conditions.
· Foster a safe environment – engage & empower employees at all levels to identify/eliminate unsafe practices/conditions.
· Prepare, implement, and periodically review site-specific accident prevention plans.
· Investigate accidents to address root cause(s), contributing factors, corrective actions and lessons learned.
· Assess hazardous conditions and identify personal protective and safety equipment requirements.
· Ensure both mandatory safety and environment training is accomplished.
· Plan the plant safety and environment inspections in order to observe the physical conditions of work and work practice procedures followed by the operating personnel and to render advice on measures to be adopted for reducing unsafe acts and conditions.
· Advise and assist managers in planning and organizing measures necessary for the effective control of occupational health & safety and environmental issues.
· Ensure that risk assessments and environmental impacts assessments are carried out to all operations, activities, processes, and tasks; and they are updated periodically.

· Checking and evaluating the effectiveness of the action taken or proposed to be taken to prevent personal injuries.
· Carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and record the findings on the relevant forms.
· Highlight areas where training /certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance.
· Bring new techniques for improving health, safety and welfare to the attention of the Vic complex Manager for technical affairs whose is responsible for health and safety in the top management.
· Foresee, recognize, evaluate and solve or prevent any potential problem or issue related to EHS processes.
· Identify performance gaps vs. internal and external performance standards through Participation in internal audit processes.
· Participate in Risk Assessments; Inspections; Tours; Human Resources and QHSE Teams.
