WORKING AS A CONSULTANT TO SUPPORT AND SUPERVISE THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE CASH TO ACCRUAL PROJECT TO CERTAIN GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES THAT I Provide consultation services such as accounting and technical to the entities.

• Present a specialized training workshops through Oracle (transformation platform)
• Support and follow-up of government entities to apply the accrual basis.
• Contribute to building opening balances, bookkeeping, and preparing financial statements for entities.
• Implement the requirements of ERP system for entities.
• Contribute to preparing manual procedures.
• Prepare the income statement.
• Prepare the balance sheet.
• Prepare the Cash Flow sheet.

Working closely with the team of Accrual Accounting Center and coordinate with the entities of the government, engaged with the leaders of sectors to understand the objectives of the vision of 2030, give the support and be a team player to achieve the targets of the center.

• Keep track of all payments and expenses, including purchase orders and invoices.
• Keep records of all invoices.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Prepare monthly accrual expenses and record the month-end closing entries.
• Prepare the income statement.
• Prepare the balance sheet.
• Prepare the Cash Flow sheet.
• Analysis of the monthly balance sheet liabilities accounts.
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables.
• Ensure the accuracy of an organization's financial documents for payment, and auditing.
• Protect the company from unintended overpayments.
• Effective monitoring to ensure timely payments to sellers are made.
