Duty and Responsibility as a Q.C

• Prepare ITP and Review Method statement in the line of Project Requirement Liaise with the Consultant for day-to-day quality issues
• Checked raw materials' quality met manufacturing requirements.
• Soil, Aggregate, Asphalt, concrete, and material testing
• Ran product conformance testing with attention to quality.
• Defined product quality standards and assessment criteria.
• Examined samples for conformance with agreed quality criteria.
• Utilised non-destructive testing methods for minimised waste.
• Assessed functionality and performance of manufacturing parts and materials.
• Prepared correct sample quantities for analysis.
• Created detailed scientific reports for improved testing research.
• Tested and classified materials according to detailed specifications.
• Kept databases updated with relevant technical documentation and reports.
• Inspection of Steel Structural element Inspection and make sure Bolt tightening are as per: Torque range values

• Investigation and close out of NCR's & Rejected RFI
• Carry out periodic reviews of materials testing procedures to ensure they meet current needs
• Providing regular written reports and support to the Manager
• Record all results and approve the material test report!
• Assist in reviewing standards and specification and quality control Procedures carry out investing of failures!
• Ensure the safety is adhered to at site
• Ensure the equipment which is being used for tests is calibrated or not.

Duty and Responsibility as a Q.C

• Inspect and witness concrete pouring testing and sampling at site and precast yard
• To Check Concrete Precast traceability system
• Check the formwork, FBE reinforcing steel, embedded items, and form closure & bending, protective
• Covering & related activities prior to concrete pouring
• Witnessing testing activities at site and third-party laboratory
• Assuring the center line of the pipe before trench excavation with surveyor
• Inspect, check & monitor the grouting activates before, during and after the placement to ensure
• Raise Inspection Requests (IR's) and Material Inspections (MIR's) for Consultant Inspections
• Responsible for quality & workmanship of every activity through knowledge of all phases of engineering (Civil, Structure & Architecture)
• Coordinate with consultant representative for inspection & meeting about quality problem
• Necessary assistance for getting approvals from the consultant for day-to-day project work
• Recommends requirements for remedial corrective actions
• Ran product conformance testing with attention to quality.
