I’m a motivated Industrial Engineer with hands-on experience in pipeline systems, focusing on stainless and carbon steel. My role has helped me build strong skills in customer relations, technical sales, and managing sales processes. I also completed industrial training at Nabil Manufacturing, where I gained valuable exposure to quality control, production, supply chain, and more. I’m a fast learner who adapts quickly to new environments, and I have a strong passion for continuous improvement and developing more efficient ways to work.
I am currently working as a Sales Engineer specializing in pipeline solutions, particularly in stainless steel and carbon steel systems. My role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including market research and identifying potential clients across the Eastern Province to expand our customer base. I proactively arrange and lead meetings with prospective and existing clients to present and promote our latest products, technical solutions, and value-added services. A key part of my role involves preparing detailed quotations and technical proposals using the company’s system, ensuring alignment with both client requirements and internal sales targets.
In addition to pre-sales activities, I am also responsible for comprehensive after-sales support. This includes coordinating material deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any technical or logistical issues that may arise post-delivery. My approach combines technical knowledge with strong communication and problem-solving skills to build long-term relationships with clients and support overall business growth.
Completed a comprehensive industrial engineering training program at Nabil Manufacturing, gaining experience across multiple departments, including Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
