Project: Ceer Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Facility – King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), KSA

Scope of Work:The project covers over one million square meters within KAEC’s Industrial Valley and includes major production facilities such as the body shop, paint shop, general assembly lines, logistics centers, waste‑management systems, and a dedicated vehicle test track.

AlMahdod Company participated as a subcontractor to MBL (Modern Building Leader), delivering a variety of essential civil and infrastructure works. The main scope of work included:

· Excavation and backfilling for all types of wet and dry utility structures, including concrete foundations and tanks.

· Construction of asphalt and concrete roads and yards, along with curbstone installation and interlock sidewalk tiles.

· Installation of internal welded mesh systems and a complete rainwater drainage network.

• Develop a Master Plan on land area of 300,000sqm
• The Project design contains the following:
• Over 90 towers designated for hospitality mix of 3-4 Star hotels
• Central Mosque with the capacity of 5,000 people expanded up to 10,000
• Shopping mall with a retail space around 41,000sqm
• Public services buildings
• Parking facilities
• The Project is located on a mountainous ground with difference in levels that reach up to 50m between platforms.
• First stage of project is infrastructure works including :
• Wet utilities : (Storm Water Drainage - Sewerage network-Potable water network Harvest System)
• Dry utilities :(Electrical work MV+LV cables, street light, Telecom.)
• Road construction including reinforcement concrete structures(retaining walls, box culverts, bridge and underpasses).

• Construction of Power Plant with MAN Diesel & Turbo SE GmbH. Company power plant consists of five generators with 54.5 MW capacity
• Power house, tank farm, pump house, radiator , boiler , electrical annex building and infrastructure utilities are the parts of project
