• Review and implementation of Quality Plan and Project Procedures.

• Direction and control of activities, managing conflict and solving problems. Supervision of work controls implementation in view of achieving the set objectives regarding time, cost and quality.

• Monitoring project risks, scope creep to identify potential problems and find solutions, reviewing approving the schedule plan and recording the project progress accordingly.
• Managing site supervision staff, planning their duties according to construction activities.
• Establishing documentation control system, Log submittals and correspondences.
• Ensure the compliance with specifications, design drawings & workmanship standard.
• Review and resolve all deviations and V.Os in terms of contract implications.
• Client coordination, approval, meetings, risk logs, technical supports and reports.
• Check, approve and release the Contractor’s request for payment.
