• Verify suitability and compatibility of mechanical systems in accordance with related codes and standards.
• Verify all drawings prior to start electromechanical activities and resolve all discrepancies with project consultant by raising (RFI).
• Prepares look ahead program in accordance with civil activity program.
• Determine manpower requirement as per site condition and prepare histogram accordingly.
• Prepares quantity take off and material ordering then follow up requisition tracking.
• Control and monitor electromechanical subcontractors to complete works as per specification and client satisfaction.
• Oversee selection and requisition of material for use in construction, to check whether materials are as specified.
• Carries out Mechanical inspection in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with local authorities such as municipality, civil defense and ministerial agencies having jurisdiction over project.
• Supervise and monitor site labor force through foremen, monitoring work of all subcontracts to complete work as per customer's satisfaction.
• In charge for testing and commissioning of mechanical system.
• Participated in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problem- solving activities to support teamwork.
• Led projects and analyzed data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.
