• Manage, supervise and technically support the main and sub-contractors through the whole construction activities of the project to maintain the progress to be aligned with the time schedule and ensure the construction quality as per the project design and specification packages.
• Work on the design review with in earlier stage with the client’s representatives and discuss all discrepancies with the designer and the operator through the client’s coordinator and provide our recommendations and modifications which matching with the site conditions, operator and client requires.
• Reviewing all material submission, technical discussing with system’s supplier to ensure the full integration between all related systems like Fire alarm. Evacuation system, public address, guest room management, guest room looker, audio-video, IP data, telephony, GSM, access control, CCTV, BMS, Lighting control, BGM and MATV.

• Review and audit the workshop plans submitted from the Contractors and compare them with design drawings, bill of quantities, specifications and direct them with the suitable comments to fulfill the desired target of the project.
• Coordination between all disciplines to find out the best and appropriate implementation methods for the conditions of the site and ensure that they run with the projects schedules and the possibility of implementing them accurately as required and interest of the owner without cancellation or increase other costs unless required by the work after the approval of the owner.
• Undertake electrical design and consultancy work including systems design, production, specification and schedules. Provide reports and advice to client.
• Liaise with and provide focal point for client and lead and support the contractor to ensure that client interests are more effectively fulfilled.

• Distribute and coordinate the power outlets, isolators and panels based on medical equipment furniture and coordinates with Arch. Engineers about electric rooms and its shafts inside.
• Revision and redesign most of low current systems due to new requirements and changes of the project
