* Achieving cost savings through budget optimization, re-evaluation of contract items, and value engineering initiatives.
* Participating in the design, rehabilitation, and structural strengthening of civil and steel structures.

* Direct supervision of infrastructure works execution on site.
* Preparing technical correspondences and reports for municipalities, and reviewing/approving engineering drawings.
* Following up with governmental authorities regarding permits issuance and technical inspections.
* Monitoring project progress and schedules, and resolving site issues and constraints.
* Managing project risks and implementing effective solutions for execution challenges.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and occupational safety standards on site

* Managing new mobile network sites from design stage through to handover, commissioning, and operation.
* Supervising execution of contractual works, site preparation, concrete foundations, and tower installation activities.
* Coordinating with all execution teams and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Ensuring all works comply with international standards, specifications, and health & safety requirements.
* Conducting final inspections and site acceptance, ensuring successful handover, operation, and maintenance readiness.

* Direct supervision of construction activities on site and resolving technical execution issues as they arise
* Review of design drawings and preparation of shop drawings, as well as quantity take-off and material estimation
* Monitoring subcontractors’ performance, preparing their contracts, and reviewing interim and final payment certificates
* Preparation of daily and weekly progress reports and submission of payment applications (invoices) and project documentation

* Direct supervision of site execution works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
* Review of shop drawings in coordination with the technical office and verification of on-site implementation accuracy
* Follow-up of subcontractors’ activities, coordination between different trades, and ensuring quality standards are met
* Ensuring full implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements on site
* Coordination between all disciplines (civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical) to ensure proper integration and avoid clashes
