· Create Add Remove remote site, troubleshoot, and monitor Remote site status, RF, network, and Uplink Interference.

· Troubleshooting, testing and analyzing to resolve physical operating problems.

· Receiving, responding, and ensuring prompt and complete resolution of requests for assistance.
