- Member of the Sport Events Support committee, which provides technical support for any sport event held in Saudi Arabia. Making site visits, and reviewing the event's design and implementation to ensure service continuity according to the highest standards possible throughout 2023 and 2024.
- Key player in the Ministry's cloud migration project. Being in the technical review committee, This project involves building the new cloud from scratch by handling tasks such as requirement gathering, design, and deployment of machines.
- Key player in the Ministry's SAP deployment project.
- Deploying and configuring new and existing ministry systems such as Barracuda Message Archiver, WAF, ManageEngine suite.
- Windows Server and AD Administrator in aspects of management, monitoring/troubleshooting of domain controllers and AD. Any task from user creation, OU creation, and server updates, DNS configuration, to maintaining backups using Commvault backups and cloud snapshots.
- Exchange Server Administrator handling tasks like policy documentation, server updates, DAG monitoring, creation of mailboxes, updating mailbox features like MX sizes and access permissions. As well as monitoring backup of DBs using Acronis as backup solution, in addition to cloud snapshots.
- Deployment of Ubuntu Linux servers and configuration such as configuring root and SSH(Putty) access, network configuration, automating daily snapshots scripts, volume(disk) mounts.
- Cloud Administrator handling tasks such as requirement gathering, server deployment, front-end network configuration(cloud side), as well as modifying/updating/monitoring already deployed machines on the cloud. Management of snapshots and maintaining cloud health in cooperation with cloud provider.
