• Reading and implementation of engineering Drawing such as P&ID, Hook-up, ILD, and Process Engineering Flow Schematic diagram, data sheet, local panel wiring and Cause & Effect diagram PLC etc.
• Day-to-day Breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance, Faultfinding and corrective maintenance activities for field instruments. Individual inspection. Loop simulation as pretender procedure.
• Bench and Field Calibration of all types of smart transmitters like Temperature, Pressure, Flow & level.
• Carried out preventive & break down maintenance And Responds to all operation priority breakdown calls as per shifting schedule.
• Receiving day- to- day progress of job with the consultant as per planning schedule and reporting the progress of the job with the clients.
• Arranging the spares and consumables for the smooth progress of the job.
• Also aware of Safety rules and regulations, Participating weekly safety Auditing and reporting, participated weekly safety meetings and familiar with all relevant safety induction like 100% Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry and Plant Mechanical Pre-commissioning safety etc.
