- Following up
on employment contracts, salaries, and leaves
according to regulations. - Submitting and processing
social insurance and support requests. - Contributing
to improving human resources policies and
developing work procedures. - Creating letters,
proposals, and reports using office
programs. - Monthly attendance report based on
time cards and the company's fingerprint machine
(salaries). - Preparing salaries and advances, and all other
employee transactions such as weekly and annual
leaves. - Weekly coordination between the Human Resources Department and the company owner.
