· Review and comment on contractors shop drawings (RC & Steel Structures) and material submittals to ensure compatibility with project specifications and Quality of materials

· Review contractor/s calculations and designs where applicable and provide suitable comments

· Prepare responses to RFI' s and site proposals

· Coordinate reviews with other disciplines and departments

· Provide technical support to Construction teams

• Assist in Preparing Project Specifications with design team by employing previous experience in construction industry
• Work with Contractor team to select and specify the qualified Materials for usage in project
• Provide technical support to Design Engineers to ensure Constructability
• Verify construction documentation to meet client requirements and vision
• Review compatibility /conformance of Design Drawings with Project Documents (Specifications & B.O.Q )
• Provide technical support to Construction teams

• Review and comment on shop drawing packages prepared by Contractors for retail, housing, leisure, Health, Infra, Tunnels , Industrial and service building projects (R.C structures )
• Review compatibility /conformance of Design Drawings with Project Documents (Specifications & B.O.Q)
• Review and Comment on Material submittals to ensure compatibility and Quality of materials against Project Requirements
• Work with staff members and contractors to reach the required projects miles tones within schedules
• Review calculations for minor modifications where required

• Review and comment on shop drawing packages prepared by Contractors for retail, housing, leisure, Health, Infra, Tunnels, Industrial and service building projects
• (R.C structures)
• Provide calculations for minor modifications where required
• Study and Prepare responses to Contractor's materials submittals and RFIs
• Review contractor/s calculations and designs where applicable and provide suitable comments
• Coordinate reviews with other disciplines and departments
• Provide technical support to Construction Department

• Supervises the execution of structural works, Attend inspections as required and ensure Concrete quality during casting
• Undertake high level review and checking of structural calculations and drawings produced by Other offices within the business for the purpose of the project
• Assist in co-ordination with other disciplines to insure constructability
• Review and comment on shop drawing packages prepared by contractors Prepare responses to RFIs
• Prepare project reports (written and photographic) on progress of the works, quality and technical conformance of the works, safety and other matters
• Take daily photographs of the work and collate the photographic data into a report
• Plan, organize, evaluate, and manage the daily activities of project teams, including supervision of professional and technical staff and provide technical guidance / on-site direction to his subordinates
• Ensure all material testing is carried out in accordance with the specifications
• Report to R.E, update on issues as required and assist in resolution of issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate reviews with other disciplines and departments
• Review of contractors progress bills and Quantity surveying reports

• Supervises the execution of structural works and attend inspections as required
• Maintains daily dairies of events associated with the work on site by using related form

• Review and comment on structural design, tender drawing and shop drawing packages prepared by Consultants and Contractors for retail, housing, leisure and service building projects

• Monitors , reviews , comments and reports on progress payments , quality control and safety
• Logs and monitors all Contractors submittals to assure timely response, and process change and field orders for review by Construction

• Analysis , design and drafting of R.C and Steel structural elements for various types of projects ( Residential , Commercial , Malls , hospitality & Industrial buildings )

• Performing and supervising of soil and asphalt laboratory testing such as Grading, Consolidation, Compression strength tests with its various types and Shear test of soil
• Provide Description and analysis of soil specimens testing results using ASTM & B.S
