-Ensured compliance with project specifications , QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements.

-Monitored workforce productivity and material delivery schedules.

-Prepared and coordinated interim payment applications (IPCS) , quantity measurements and supporting documents in accordance with the BOQ.

• I worked at AL Gharba Engineering Office to monitor and supervise construction work for residential and Administrative Building.
• Performed quantity surveying duties, including verifying quantities of structural elements and finishing works.
• Oversee and monitor construction activities on-site
• Work with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Work closely with construction teams, providing support, guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality workmanship and productivity.
• Coordinating the different finishing site activities in the project
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, site diaries and safety reports. Assist in preparing project status reports for management.

• Supervise all activities of Residential buildings.
