Pumping Stations and Water Transmission Pipeline Program (110 Km + 65 Km) 24" Pipeline From STP to Rumah IPP I and Rumah IPP II and From STP to Nairiyah IPP I and Nairiyah IPP II - $220M

Stakeholders: SPPC, SIO, MOE, SEC OHTL and ARAMCO

• Lead and direct all phases of complex EPC projects, ensuring seamless integration between Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.
• Drive the execution of engineering deliverables from concept to completion, oversee the strategic procurement of long-lead and critical items, and manage the transition to construction activities, ensuring alignment and resolving conflicts between all disciplines .
• Proactively manage the project timeline by rigorously tracking progress against the baseline schedule and critical path milestones. Analyze delays, identify root causes , and develop strategic recovery plans to mitigate schedule slippage.
• Oversee the commercial health of the project, managing the contract value and monitoring the cash flow. Identify, document, and proactively mitigate high-impact project risks and challenges to protect the project's objectives .

Construction of Sales Gas delivery system 18.6 Km 36" pipeline to the new power and desalination plant Phase 3 Project-$150M

Stakeholders: ARAMCO, SEC OHTL, MOT and NWC

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and contractual obligations.
• Manage project budgets, tracked costs, and implemented change management procedures to control scope and mitigate financial risks.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure efficient and timely execution and proactively identified and resolved any issues that arose during construction, minimizing disruptions and ensuring project success.
• Oversee the construction of a new 18.6 km of 36” pipeline for the Sales Gas Delivery system, including the installation of isolation valves, instrumentation equipment, filtration and metering skids, and electrical systems.
• Supervise the installation of communication facilities, a new fuel gas regulation station, gas filtration/separation equipment, gas metering equipment, fuel heating facilities, and pressure-reducing facilities at the delivery point, ensuring technical compliance and quality.
• Champion a culture of safety, ensuring strict adherence to all safety regulations and environmental standards. Conducted regular safety audits and inspections to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and mitigation strategies

Upgrading the existing facilities, process equipment, and utilities at the WASTANI Gas processing plant - $90M

• Successfully led the construction and delivery of project scope, this included developing detailed project schedule, procurement plan, construction methodologies and reporting system that led to the successful delivery of:
• Installation of Gas Compression System, Process Condensate System and Fire Protection and Detection Systems
• Installation of 32,000 LM of diverse piping systems (C.S, S.S, GRP and HDPE)
• Installation of LV systems and 95,000 LM of E&I cables along with all related panels
• Installation of 850 Ton of Structural Steel and 4000 m3 of concrete works

• EPC Canal Sugar Beet Sugar Process Plant Project, the world's largest beet sugar factory- $850M
• Actively contributed to all phases of project execution, from Pre-FEED and FEED studies through detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover of the process slab and plant infrastructure.
• Developed and implemented comprehensive Construction Management Plans, culminating in the successful delivery of:
• Installation of 90,000 LM of diverse piping systems (C.S, S.S, HDPE, GRE, and GRP)
• Installation of mechanical systems encompassing 120 pumps, 3 fire tube boilers (120 TPH), 12 heat exchangers, 6 process carbonation systems, and 3 conveying systems.

• Client: BP - The development of gas & condensate fields within the West Nile Delta (Giza-Fayoum) - $ 200M
• Recognized and awarded the “Performance Excellence Award” for contributing to safely completing the Giza Fayoum Group#1 Demolition Program 3 months ahead of schedule
• Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment such as compressors, pumps, turbines, vessels, heat exchangers, and piping systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during construction, offering solutions coordinated with engineering and ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Supervise and guide a team of field engineers, technicians, and contractors, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Monitor construction progress against the project schedule, identifying and addressing potential delays.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other project team members to facilitate smooth collaboration & resolve any issues.
• Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols to protect workers and prevent accidents. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.

• PMC: Worley - EPC of ERC (Egyptian Refining Company) a new petroleum processing facility adjacent to the existing Cairo Oil Refinery - $3Bn
• Supervising and coordinating the installation of major mechanical equipment in Area#1 (DCU – DHT – NHT) ( Column Installation - Heat Exchanger Installation - Pump and Compressor Installation - Reactor Installation - Separator Installation), piping systems, and associated components within these units.
• Verifying that all installations adhere to project specifications, engineering drawings, and industry standards. Conducting regular inspections and quality control checks.
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols on-site to prevent accidents and injuries. Conducting safety briefings and training sessions for construction personnel.
• Monitoring construction progress against the project schedule, identifying any potential delays, and taking corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborating closely with other disciplines (civil, electrical, instrumentation, HSE) to ensure smooth integration of all systems. Communicating effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.

• Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (Takreer) constructed the Phase II of the Inter Refinery Pipeline (IRP- II) Project to transport refined hydrocarbon products using a network of 500 km of pipelines.
• Contributed to the construction of Phase II Inter Refinery Pipeline (IRP-II) 60 KM pipeline ranging from 10” to 28” Dia. network connecting designated interface locations of the refineries with various terminals.
• Responsibilities encompassed overseeing onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols, conducting inspections and quality control checks, and coordinating with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Rigorous material inspection, welding procedures, and non-destructive testing protocols were implemented to ensure the safe and efficient operation of this critical infrastructure.

• Masdar City Infrastructure and Utilities
• Successfully commissioned and handed over Masdar City utility systems, including diverse piping and pipeline networks (CS, SS, GRP, GRE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PPR) ranging from ¾” to 102” in diameter.
• These systems served critical infrastructure such as external water supply, gas distribution, district cooling, fire protection, storm water management, and drainage.
