• 10th of Ramadan Railway Project “is a Light Rail Transit (LRT) system intended to connect Cairo with the new Communities on the east side including EL Obour, EL Shorouk, Badr, and finally 10th of Ramadan. Furthermore, the line will be connected to the New Capital planned on the east suburbs of Cairo.

Project Value: 1.2 billion Dollars.

Client: National Authority for Tunnels (NAT).

- Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fully cooperative with the Chinese representative on site as a member of CWD.
• Responsible for the daily management of designated section on site.
• Coordination with QA/QC manager and HSE manager to implement the QA/QC and HSE plan, responsible for the QA/QC and HSE within the section as assigned.
• Preliminary review for the subcontractor's payment request on sites.
• Responsible for supervising the sub- contractor's work on the site.
• Ensure all the sites are progressing as scheduled, all activities are following the technical requirements or client and consultant's instructions.
• Eliminating the claims from sub-contractors and client.
• Preparing and providing the documents from sites as required.
• Providing the required reports on time.
• Following my team performance.
• Representing CWD for any meeting with consultant and client.

• Cairo-Asyut western Road from 23+000 to 45+000 Km.

- Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor Develop, implement, and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a central point of contact for Project Director, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Coordination of all engineering design submittals,
• Review technical submissions and design layouts as well as material submittals,
• Work closely with internal teams to standardize project delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Lead Department Heads and engineers by delegating work according to specialism, project priorities, technical challenges and contractual milestones.
• Plan and maintain project budgets and schedule planning activities with team and managers.
• Implement project review processes to assess performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.

Client: Saudi Civil Aviation Authority.

- Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between shop drawings offices according to site needs.
• Review and submission shop drawing for client approval.
• Preparing the request for information and all other requests required to work.
• Prepare all proposal required of projects (Traffic diversion, Relocate the obstructed…etc.)
• Calculate and review the expected quantities of project (fill and cut by civil 3D)
• Preparing invoices for subcontractors & payment certificates.
• Prepare request for quote with detail technical specifications as per the bill of quantities or Materials List
• Preparation of Purchase request.
• Prepare price comparisons and finalizing negations with the supplier in coordination with Projects Manager and/or Operations Manager
• Prepare all material submittal with compliance sheet to comply with specification of project.
• Co-ordination and follow up between sites and suppliers for delivery of materials.
• Monitoring supplier performance and initiating necessary actions to improve performance.
• Prepare master details schedule.

-Projects:

• Al Khaleej Al Arabi Road Realignment Package . Is a fast-track project required for smooth traffic management during the IDEX-2011. The work involves construction of 5 lane new road of approximately 2km along with protection of existing utilities, milling and overlaying of existing road and miscellaneous works.

Client: ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Company).

• Upgrading of Al Salam Street and Eastern Corniche Road to Expressway (Contract # 2) . Is among one of the prestigious projects in Abu Dhabi. It involves construction of 8 lane main highway of 4km, 2 no of interchanges, and 2 no of underpass along with the various utility relocation and protection (Electrical works (132kv, 400kv, and 11kv), sewerage, water, irrigation, and storm water with different diameter and service lane.

Project Value: AED 800 million..

Client: DMA (Abu Dhabi Municipality Affairs).

- Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing the baseline schedule and recovery schedule.
• Preparing cash follow and resource histogram.
• Review & prepare the weekly and monthly progress reports prior to submission to engineer.
• Monitoring procurement schedule, shop drawing submittal and other related items.
• Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
• Monitor day-to-day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions with the main contractor as required.
