Project Description :
The project being a major instrumentation upgrade covers most part of the refinery in terms of execution. The refinery is broadly split in five (05) operating areas.
The Works covers demolition, modification, replacement and addition of numerous instrumentation, electrical, piping and civil bulk material such as but not limited to structural, piping, valves, fittings, cables, trenches, hardware and control instruments also retagging of instruments and instrument cables to ensure that the plant is safe for future production complying with the current standard requirements.
Project planned on three phases: Pre-shutdown, Shutdown and Post shutdown.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor works at site for progress against approved master planning schedule, shop drawings & material specification; identify & highlight deviations and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
• Progress Measurement, Conduct Weekly Meeting with the Key Personal and attend Progress / Coordination Meeting.
• Prepare & issue supply requests for materials, equipment and tools and follow up with Procurement department for tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.
