• Organize data into accessible reports by creating charts, tables and graphs to allow them to present data in an effective formatted& perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity
• Interpreting information about yield, price, risk, stability and other factors that contribute to a company’s viability
• Creating financial models and using them to recommend investment, expansion, cost-cutting ideas or revenue growth streams.

• Maintain and supervise the general and subsidiary ledgers of manufacturing costing, accounts receivable, depreciation, CAPEX, OPEX and insurance records.
• Monthly and quarterly reporting to CFO, determine budget variances, costing yield, monthly P&L.
• Manage and supervise the SAP implementation as well as data migration from old ERP system to SAP with efficient time plans
• Maintain and manage the auditing activities by providing necessary information and documentation.
• Ensure that daily transactions, receipts, and entry vouchers are in-line and the accounting directive is met and that these documents fulfill the necessary data required by the approved financial system.
• Review and analyze margins, manufacturing variances and cost analysis.
• Prepare and provide all auditing reports internal and external, Zakat advisor (annual zakat and monthly VAT declarations)
• Forecast cash flow performance, budgeting and working closely with the operations and supply chain.

• Reviewing general ledger accounts, balance sheet, income statement schedules, adjusting journal entries prepared by accounting staff for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate and resolve various issues with bank such as cleared check differences, bank fee anomalies, targeted balance calculations and enhancements to online services.
• Assists in preparation of monthly management report and accompanying schedules, worksheets and narratives, including “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports.
• Align with annual external audit. Complete requested materials analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts. Assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual and interim audit.
• Perform year-end accrual review and prepare the tax provision and prepare all tax examination required (income tax – sales tax – stamp tax)

• Responsible for accounting policies and procedures involving the maintenance of a precise general ledger, analysis of balance sheet accounts, and management financial reporting.
• Responsible for the preparation and consistency of accounts with payable/receivable transactions, billing and payroll disbursements in regard to banking. Coordinated document preparation and payroll checks to ensure validity.
• Supports general business operations by providing administrative support activities including reporting, correspondence and basic analysis requiring attention to detail.
