• Phase 3: Designed service roads across Al-Kharj Road at the intersection with the Third Ring Road to improve local access and connectivity, ensuring seamless integration with the main corridor design.

• Riyadh Municipality seeks to establish and operate a center to monitor traffic accidents at the level of the city of Riyadh, and build an integrated system to monitor traffic accidents, injuries, and deaths resulting from them with a high level of accuracy and reliability. The Municipality also aims to enhance the quality of studies and scientific research in this field and its development at the national and regional levels, including developing programs and creating meaningful initiatives to reduce road accidents, identify appropriate solutions, and support decision-making.
