- Check correct gasket type, flange face condition, and bolt tightening sequence.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test reports (ITRs), IRs, NCRs, and quality records.
- Maintain updated traceability for welds, spools, materials, and heat numbers.
- Review ITP compliance and ensure all hold points/witness points are followed.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants for inspections and approvals.
- Report NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective actions.
- Document non-conformities, deviations, and communicate them to production and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, ISO standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001), ASME, ASTM, or customer-specific requirements.
- Verify that suppliers and internal processes follow quality and safety regulations.
