At BARG ALSAMAN MINING COMPANY, we lead the exploration programs with a steadfast commitment to discovering and evaluating mineral resources essential to our operations (precia mineral, base metals and industrial minerals). My role as Senior Exploration Geologist involves Selecting sites from the NGD platform, reviewing old reports on these sites and conducting initial desk studies (RS & GIS), then spearheading geological mapping, planing and supervising drilling operations, and ensuring strict adherence to QA/QC protocols
Leading all exploration programs, starting with the discovery of precious and associated minerals and industrial ores in the company's fields.
• Implementation and Overseeing field-based Geological exploration programs in company concessions.
• Manage a team of 9 geologists.
Data collection and management.
• Detailed Report writing when required.

In my role as a Project Manager/Senior Geologist at Shorouk Al Watan Co. Ltd. in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, I led the exploration and licensing process for high purity silica sand ore, and by preparing geological maps, implementing drilling plans, and supervising the installation of production lines, I succeeded in obtaining a small mine license within 7 months.
My tasks were as follows:

• Preparing geological maps, taking surface samples, developing and implementing a drilling plan, and then sending samples to chemical and physical analysis laboratories.
• Preparing all reports and studies required to obtain a small mine license.
• Sending reports and studies to the Ministry and following up on the Ministry's comments and requirements.
• Supervising site planning, preparation, and installation of production lines (screening units, washing units, and packaging units).
• Supervising the installation of truck scales and building offices and housing for workers and employees.
• Preparing company structures and supervising the selection and purchase of extraction and production fleet equipment.
• Planning and supervising blasting and production operations in the quarry.

In my role as Acting Project Manager at Golden Compass in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, I successfully managed silica sand and kaolin quarries for Adwan Chemical Industries. By overseeing quarry cost and production, designing open pit mine plans, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, My achievements include accurate data interpretation, Also I was able to double production from 200 to 400 tons per hour.

Daily production reporting, pit mapping, planning GC programs, stockpile management, the supervision and planning of mining activities. Mining and haulage developing short term plans to ensure weekly to quarterly and annual guidance was met.

• Planning to open the mines and equip the roads leading to it and extract chrome ore and transport it to the fields of refining, taking into account not to damage the environment.
