Responsibilities:
• Monitoring Data center environment including Cooling, Chillers, Power, Cameras, through respective monitoring software’s/Application Service and performance monitoring.
• Conducting rounds and monitoring Data Center, Stabilizers room, Communication Room-A & Communication Room-B, UPS room, Chillers (Roof top), Generator rooms.
• Track down the devices in case of alarm and take necessary actions.
• Coordinate with third party vendors on preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all facilities and infrastructure. Answering alarms & disturbances.
• Based on the Alerts/Alarms we receive, raise a ticket to the concerned team and keep updating it to the management.
• Reacting to network alarms and alerts in order to provide proactive notification of issues.
• Keep the record of Data center and Communication room devices up to date.
