• A brief summary of the project: -
• The project area is estimated at 6570 M2 with a capacity of more than 200 beds
• The project is an integrated medical tower consisting of 15 floors (Basement, Ground, Mezzanine, 11 Floors & Roof) with more than 50 outpatient clinic+14 Operating rooms ,MIR ,CT Scan and linear accelerator.
• Responsibilities: -
• Provide technical & commercial offers after understanding & interpreting customer Specifications/drawings
• Verify and validate the technical drawings to check that all client requirements have been applied according to applied standards
• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution&
• Review all sales documentation, tendering stage & both commercial and technical offers
• Dealing with design stage includes preparing shop drawings using MEP Revit / Auto CAD (Operational single line diagram, layout, metering, protection diagram & wiring layout).
• Preparing the BOQ & BOM (Bill of Material) to release to Procurement Department
• Daily monitoring of reviewed and approval of contractor's submitting (shop-drawings, materials, MOS, samples, calculations and RFIs).
• Supported quality assurance by verifying calculations, checking reports and inspecting on-site work.
• Conducted electrical tests to determine system reliability and benchmark performance.

• As a Senior Electrical Engineer (Supervision & Design) many of office’s projects.
• Supervision Projects such as:

1- Al-Moosa Specialist Hospital (New Tower) at A-Hasa (220

Bed)

- The New Tower was designed to be LEED Gold building by

US Architectural firm HKS.

- The Main Contractor For MEP (Saudi Aircon).

2- Iskan El-Dammam (Town Houses - By Retal Developer)

- The project consists of 674 housing units with 3 different

Prototypes, on an area of 190,981 m2.
- The Main Contractor (B.C.C LTD).

3- (Dammam South Expansion Depot) with Marai Company.
- The project consists of 4 Main buildings (Accommodation Building B01, B02-Cold&Fridge store) with the General Site.
- The Main Contractor (Saudi Zaas Construction Company).

4- Royal Saudi Naval Forces at Jazan.

- The project consists of 12 Residential Buildings+two Admin Buildings + Officers Barracks + Mosque and Weapons Depots).
- The Main Contractor (Saudi Lebanese Contracting LTD).

  1- Redesign the expansion of dialysis at (Al Ahsa hospital).
