• Reviewing design drawings and calculations, ensuring that are aligned with the codes, specifications and NEOM standards.
• Studying design drawings in advance to identify any missing information or requirements, enhancing overall quality.
• Closely collaborating with the client and provide support by supplying the required engineering procedures in accordance with the work scope.
• Conducting design workshops with designers and other stakeholders for effective collaboration and expediting the Design approval.
• Reviewing structure shop drawings, builder workshop drawings, and coordination drawings.

• Reviewing, studying, and responding to Contractor's requests for information (RFIs).
• Reviewing proposed design calculations submitted by Contractor's, ensuring that are aligned with the codes, specifications and NEOM standards.

Site Duties:

• Check ongoing site work activities against design drawings and approved shop drawings ensuring that works are executed following the latest approved drawings.
• Conduct a thorough check on construction Site to identify any site errors in advance, then manage/ advise Contractor's team for any necessary remedial action promptly.

Commercial Duties:

• Participating with the team who are preparing the scope of work for the upcoming work orders by preparing the construction procedure requirement based on the engineering documentation.
• Assisting the review of IPC submitted by Contractor's according to the actual executed construction on Site.
• Responding to the bidders' technical queries about the scope of works.
