• Coordinating with suppliers for on-time delivery of HVAC materials and verifying compliance with technical submittals.
• Managing testing, commissioning, and system readiness of chilled water systems across both data centre sites.
• Maintaining documentation including material submittals, shop drawings, and progress tracking sheets for stakeholder reporting.
• Identifying and resolving on-site issues quickly to avoid project delays and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Projects: Mobily-MMR (6.5MW), and STC-SBM (12MW)

• Leading full-cycle HVAC project management (CHW pipes, ducting, fuel systems, and VRF units) including planning, execution, and Test and commissioning.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Overseeing compliance with HVAC design codes, safety regulations, and project specifications through routine inspections and quality checks.
• Chairing coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical and installation challenges efficiently.
• Defining scopes for installation, testing, commissioning, and air/water balancing with performance validation procedures.
• Handling monthly progress billing and coordinating closely with commercial and finance teams for documentation and approvals.
