· Expanded galvanizing capabilities by commissioning a new galvanizing plant in 2nd Industrial Area in Dammam with SIDF loan.
· Managed Last year to enter new market territories ( Newseland , Australia, South Africa, UK, Italy and Mexico).
· Increase manufacturing capacity by 20% from last year.
· Prepare annual capital and operational budget.

Central Reigns.
· Leading a group of (30) project engineers and (60) consultant engineers.
· Completed successfully more than (100) projects worth more than (15) billion Saudi Riyals in the field of extra high voltage projects.
· Leading the committee to prequalify contractors technically to bid for all substations and transmission lines.
· Member of the technical committee to prequalify substation equipments (power transformers, GIS ,
relay & protection equipments and scada systems )
· Involved in many process improvement tasks, and won the award of the best team leader.
· Attend type and routine test for power transformers and GIS equipment at test stations (KEMA).
· Sr. Project Engineer at site during construction of Qurayyah power plant, including the 380KV substation.
· Sr. Project Engineer for many substation and transmission lines for varies voltage levels (13.8 KV ~ 380 KV).
· My responsibility for these jobs includes:
a) Review and approve scope of work for the assigned projects.
b) Prepare list of qualified contractors to be invited.
c) Review the technical and commercial proposals from bidders.
d) Approve electrical equipment to be used (transformers, GIS , relay & protection systems Inspect and approve ITPP and site installation of above equipments.
e) Attend and approve final commissioning of all systems.
f) Issuing final acceptance certificate for project upon completion.
g) Attended training on O&M of power transformers (115KV ~ 380 KV).
· Works as site project engineer on the sea water cooling project phase-2during construction, my involvements include :
a) Ensuring all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed.
b) Interpreting clients' requirements, identifying and addressing design parameters, engineering problems, and ensuring solutions being implemented.
c) Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.
d) Liaising and managing third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for purpose.
e) Drafting contract administration correspondence.
f)Works as O&M engineer on the sea water cooling project during phase -1 operation, my involvements include :
g) Review the maintenance contractor’s requests to modify existing mode of system operation.
h) Develop performance standards for qualifying workload and resources.
i) Provide technical support to operation and maintenance section.
j) Review O&M manuals and as- Built drawings.
