• I work closely with different Business unit heads in building and managing industry alliances (Energy, Oil & Gas, and Construction etc.) and new setups, I am also involved in leveraging relationships in building new JV alliances to cater to the business need of the market.
• Working with Eram group, I am currently on a mission to build strategic business alliances for the region with globally strong technology partners, collaborate with team setting up businesses from scratch up and spearheading the overall business objectives, managing business relationships with Joint venture partners, supporting them prequalify their solutions and services with major clients in the region.
• So far have successfully established Joint ventures for Smart grid solutions, Drilling activities, Vessel Chartering & Marine Services, Manufacturing of specialty chemicals.
• Working as Chief technical Adviser on the power sector.
• Support business development in the Power sector:
• J.V. between ENEL & ERAM Group for the Smart Meter & Smart Grid upgrade, optimization& modernization.
• Prequalification of APEC factory with Saudi Electricity Company to manufacture battery chargers and UPS units.
• Promote International EPC contractors to be qualified in Saudi Electricity Co.
• Support business development department in sister companies.
• Support Eram Group 33 Companies in dealing with major clients (Saudi Aramco, Sabic and Saudi Electricity co.).

• Work as Executive Project Management consultant in Power sector :
• Working with CEO as consultant/ member in business development committee.
• Member of several steering committees within the company.
• Project management adviser to CEO & VP project execution.
• Member of Technical & Commercial tendering strategy committees for power plant, substation and transmission projects.
• Worked on the following Projects:

1. Yanbu Phase III Power Plant 5 x 630 MW.

2. Construction of Tabarjal Power Plant.

3. Construction of Tabouk Power Plant

4. Construction of FARAS Power Plant

5. Construction of Power Plant-8

6. Construction of Wadi Al-Dawasir Power Plant

7. In charge of old projects closing team.

· Responsible for the Tower & galvanizing Division as part of Zamil Steel Company.

· Managing a total manpower of (750) employees in both the tower manufacturing and galvanizing plants.

· Responsible for Sales, Engineering, manufacturing, project management, QA/QC and supply chain management departments.

· In addition to local supply to Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), export to (35) countries worldwide was achieved.

· Expanded galvanizing capabilities by commissioning a new galvanizing plant in 2nd Industrial Area in Dammam with SIDF loan.

· Managed Last year to enter new market territories ( Newseland , Australia, South Africa, UK, Italy and Mexico).

· Increase manufacturing capacity by 20% from last year.

· Prepare annual capital and operational budget.

· Responsible for meeting budgetary and sales targets through motivating and developing staff, consistently achieving and surpassing Key Performance Indicators

· Setting up KRA/KPI targets to all departments heads and Reviewing and evaluating weekly KPI achievement and producing levels

· In charge of Division balance score card targets.

· Setting up cost cutting programs with monthly incentives rewards.

· Involved in prequalifying process with end users/clients in power sector worldwide.

· Explore opportunities for new markets worldwide.

· Managed to increase export Vs. local orders from 30% to 60%.

· Visit major power utilities in GCC and Middle East countries to enhance and maintain or image as a leading manufacturer in the transmission sector.

· I was responsible for all extra high voltage substations and transmission lines within the Eastern &

Central Reigns.

· Leading a group of (30) project engineers and (60) consultant engineers.

· Completed successfully more than (100) projects worth more than (15) billion Saudi Riyals in the field of extra high voltage projects.

· Leading the committee to prequalify contractors technically to bid for all substations and transmission lines.

· Member of the technical committee to prequalify substation equipments (power transformers, GIS ,

relay & protection equipments and scada systems )

· Involved in many process improvement tasks, and won the award of the best team leader.

· Attend type and routine test for power transformers and GIS equipment at test stations (KEMA).

· Sr. Project Engineer at site during construction of Qurayyah power plant, including the 380KV substation.

· Sr. Project Engineer for many substation and transmission lines for varies voltage levels (13.8 KV ~ 380 KV).

· My responsibility for these jobs includes:

a) Review and approve scope of work for the assigned projects.

b) Prepare list of qualified contractors to be invited.

c) Review the technical and commercial proposals from bidders.

d) Approve electrical equipment to be used (transformers, GIS , relay & protection systems Inspect and approve ITPP and site installation of above equipments.

e) Attend and approve final commissioning of all systems.

f) Issuing final acceptance certificate for project upon completion.

g) Attended training on O&M of power transformers (115KV ~ 380 KV).

· Works as site project engineer on the sea water cooling project phase-2during construction, my involvements include :

a) Ensuring all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed.

b) Interpreting clients' requirements, identifying and addressing design parameters, engineering problems, and ensuring solutions being implemented.

c) Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.

d) Liaising and managing third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for purpose.

e) Drafting contract administration correspondence.

f)Works as O&M engineer on the sea water cooling project during phase -1 operation, my involvements include :

g) Review the maintenance contractor’s requests to modify existing mode of system operation.

h) Develop performance standards for qualifying workload and resources.

i) Provide technical support to operation and maintenance section.

j) Review O&M manuals and as- Built drawings.
