  • The Avenues MALL – Riyadh (Contract Value 6.7 billion): The Avenues – Riyadh is a landmark mixed-use development located in the northern part of Riyadh, strategically positioned at the intersection of King Salman Road and King Fahad Bridge. Spanning a total built-up area of 1.8 million sqm with a gross leasable area of 370,000 sqm, the project is set to become one of the Middle East’s most prominent commercial and investment destinations. The development features a vast shopping mall divided into nine themed districts—including Grand Avenue, Prestige, and The Souk—as well as 19 cinema halls and extensive parking for 15,000 vehicles. Designed in the spirit of Salmani architecture, the project blends heritage and modernity while incorporating sustainable and green building elements in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.


  • MASAR – Mecca (Contract Value 7.8 billion): Nesma & Partners was awarded the contract for the construction of the Masar Project—a transformative urban development spanning 3.65 kilometers in length and 300 meters in width, leading directly to the Masjid al-Haram in Makkah. Designed to enhance the infrastructure supporting religious tourism, Masar plays a pivotal role in advancing Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to accommodate 30 million pilgrims annually by the year 2030. Beyond its religious significance, the project also supports national economic diversification by generating approximately 16,000 new jobs.


  • Bujairi Terrace (Contract Value 100 million): The Bujairi Terrace site occupies a unique and prestigious location adjacent to the UNESCO World Heritage site of At-Turaif. This setting presented an inspiring challenge to create a modern, world-class destination that honors and respects the rich local Arabic culture. The team focused on delivering a vibrant, mixed-use development designed to serve both residents and visitors of Riyadh with an exceptional experience.


  • SANG Hospitals – Jeddah (Contract Value 8.3 billion): Nesma and Partners was responsible for construction of two new hospitals for the National Guard in Jeddah, Children Hospital (350 Beds) and Neuroscience Hospital (176 Beds) along with their respective services Chillers Plants, Boiler Plants, Generator Plants, and Data Center.


  • Ashar tented resort – AL Ula (Contract Value: 200 million): Nesma & Partners successfully executed the Ashar Tented Resort project—a premium hospitality development located in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. The resort features 47 newly constructed luxury tented suites and 35 fully renovated suites, bringing the total to 82 high-end units. Situated near the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hegra, the resort was designed by the renowned architectural firm AW² Architecture Workshop, blending modern comfort with the natural and cultural heritage of the region.


  • Jabal Omar Development Project (Contract Value 7.4 billion): Nesma and Partners managed the construction of several high-rise buildings in Mecca, designated to be operated by renowned luxury hospitality brands. Zone S1 consists of a 12,000-square-meter podium featuring four commercial floors, three parking levels, and 58 villas, serving as the foundation for both the Hilton and Hyatt Regency hotels.

  • Beit Misk Project: A thoughtfully planned residential community in a prime location in the Northern Metn region, featuring a harmonious mix of villas, condominiums, and apartments. The development is anchored by an expansive community center, complemented by retail spaces and vibrant public squares.





  • LE MALL, Dbayeh: Le Mall offers approximately 23,000 square meters of gross leasable area, spread across three dedicated retail floors, with two additional levels featuring a variety of restaurants and a state-of-the-art movie theater. The mall hosts around 100 retail outlets, including prominent international brands such as Zara, Jack & Jones, and Vero Moda.
