I began my journey in the HR department 18 years ago as a junior assistant. Through dedication, continuous learning, and hard work, I have grown into the role of Senior HR Officer at a manpower supply company that manages a workforce exceeding 4,000 employees.

Responsible for execution of activities related to employee relation sections including new joining formalities for new
employees, orientation & induction programs, SCE (Saudi Council Engineer) Registration, New Iqama, probation evaluation, |
Contract & Igama Renewal, Internal Transfer, leave management, Ticket management, medical insurance, GOSI,
disciplinary management, employee grievance, employee services, performance management, training & development,
recreations programs, separation management, MIS reports, etc.
* Monitor and follow up SAP HCM pending workflow reports and co-ordinate with individual users for timely completion of
tasks with accuracy.
* Coordinate and facilitate grievance procedures, review employee grievance & complaints and provide resolution to avoid
reoccurrence and employee satisfaction.
* Ensure applicability of LAYHA and company policies & procedures. Any deviation or exceptional cases need to escalate to
HR Manager for decision.
* Ensure compliance of documentation and process according to company policy /procedures, ISO standards and Saudi
Labor law.
* To maintain department objectives, KPI & Risk register related to Employee Relation and submit monthly feedback to ER
Section Head, HR Supervisor & HR Manager for review.
* To participate in internal & external audit and ensure HR records and team available for audit.
* To maintain record and provide status for corrective and preventive action for non-conformances and issues.
* To participate in employee satisfaction, other surveys and Management review meeting.
