DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Communicating with clients for various projects and after sales services activities, conducting and attending meetings for AMC, Projects.
  • Playing lead role in Project & AMC planning, organizing and execution.
  • Working in HRMS (HUMAN RESOURSE MANAGEMENT).
  • Petty Cash Handling- Preparing I-Expense report, Keeping records of Expense for various project.
  • Posting Cash and Credit Sales invoices and receipt in Oracle Cloud.
  • Preparing Timesheet and posting it in Oracle Cloud.
  • Communicating with the customer for after sales services.
  • Preparing cost estimation and quotations.
  • Negotiating with customer to make deal of repairing projects.
  • Planning, Organizing and Scheduling for the various projects.

  • Receiving Inspection and storing the materials manage necessary preparation, verification of physical quantities, established and implements the inspection, tractability of materials, and store with acceptable, good housekeeping.
  • Issue authorized request of material to contractor for issue of consumable, returnable chargeable, loan materials and spare parts.
  • Selection of the right kind of shipping service, speedy dispatch, best care of goods in transit etc. Filing claims against carriers and insurance company for loss, damage and overage. Tracing and expediting urgently needed consignment.
  • The function of store is to store the access components to protect bin from damage and dust.
  • To maintain the material stock position according to the requirement of Projects.
