Responsibilities as QA-QC Supervisor

• Ensure that all necessary inspections as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) are attended by a suitable QA/QC inspector.

• Ensure that the production quality being offered for inspection meets the clients’ requirements.

QC Inspector Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing Quality control instructions procedures Clint codes and Clint standards.
• To ensure that the project ongoing in accordance with all the approved construction drawings and project specification with Saudi Aramco standard.
• Preparing NCR’s for the non-conformance with specification & discussing with project engineer/QC manager for the corrective and preventive action to be taken.
• Coordinate with Project inspection department (PID) and project management team (PMT) to inspect clear and close the raised RFI as per Aramco standard.
• Provide Pro-active notification to the construction/Engineering team to comply with project requirements and related standard.
• Responsible for making the documents related to Quality assurance and Quality controls like, Request for inspection (RFI), Check list, etc.
• Ensure safe work environments to control the use of material and avoid the damages and waste.
• Responsible for the Preparation and Review of Quality control inspection and execution.
• Responsible for ensuring that the package for submittal to the client meets all client requirements.
• Prepares and coordinates the project schedule and maintains this throughout the project. Optimizes the use of personnel to achieve the schedule. Forecasts and addresses deviations to schedule.
• To verify the activities of Civil & Structural Discipline.
• Responsible for ensuring by inspection and verification that Civil & Structural works are performed in accordance with the Project requirements.

• Conducting inspections, preparation of all civil, structural and architectural inspections and review of previous inspection reports of Supervision of construction activities at site. Co-ordinate with all discipline.

• Receiving RFI for Inspected Items and conducting inspection as per ITP. Perform Inspection / Testing and records result of inspection. Coordinate with the Independent Testing Laboratory in performing necessary tests and review all the tests result.
