• Direct daily operations of the industrial services division, including hydrojetting, chemical cleaning, catalyst handling, vacuuming, and bundle pulling services.
• Plan, estimate, and assign required resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, and chemicals for all industrial service projects.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation to maximize equipment use and minimize downtime.
• Lead operations meetings and project kickoff meetings with clients.
• Build and strengthen client relationships, increasing contract renewals, new contract awards, and expanded service agreements.
• Conduct job cost analysis and forecasting to ensure projects stay within budget and achieve target profit margins.
• Forecast revenue, expenses, and overall profitability.
• Review bid documents, RFQs, and project scopes of work.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to prepare competitive bids and secure new contracts.
• Coordinate with procurement on vendor management, purchasing processes, and negotiations for services, equipment, and materials.
