- Oversee two strategic districts (Wadi Al Fann and Sharaan Nature Reserve) within the AlUla Programme, comprising large-scale and highly complex infrastructure development, ensuring alignment with the approved Infrastructure RIBA Deliverable, approved master plan, programme objectives, and stakeholder requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure design projects from concept development through detailed design and tender issuance, including leadership of the Lead Design Consultant (LDC), coordination of multi-disciplinary teams, monitoring of design deliverables, adherence to approved baselines, proactive risk management, and ongoing client and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead and administer all procurement activities related to the appointment of infrastructure design consultants, including preparation of RFQs and RFPs, development of scope of services and evaluation criteria, coordination of technical and commercial evaluations, and supporting contract award and mobilization of the appointed designers.
- Plan, chair, and facilitate internal and external project kick-off meetings, establishing governance structures, defining roles and responsibilities, confirming design standards and submission protocols, and ensuring early alignment across all stakeholders to enable efficient project delivery.
